| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you are a company then you may wish to open a credit account, please call us. There will be a short delay in processing your order whilst we check bank and two trade references. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All prices are inclusive of std 4-5 day delivery to Mainland England, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) and Wales. The exceptions are Quickspan longspan and all Pallet racking which will be charged at cost, POA. Next day delivery is also available subject to product & order size - POA. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. Important All systems are supplied flat packed for assembly on site. All weights & loads are based on UDL (Uniformly Distributed Loads). If the height to depth ratio of shelving & racking is more than 4:1 then it should be secured to the floor or wall. Delivery will be to a ground floor location and heavy items may require fork lift unloading and/or assistence. Delivery is to a business address Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Restricted delivery areas or residential addresses will incur a surcharge. |
